Salami and sausages cutter and clips remover

Machine for the declipsing and cutting in two parts of cylindrical, cooked, half-cooked and raw products.

It performs the declipsing and cutting in two parts of small size mortadella (ovaline) and the declipsing and cutting at 45° of salami in cellulosic casing.

The declipsing is carried out symmetrically, with minimum waste and with the best aesthetic result even in the presence of slightly indented and/or inclined clips.

The cutting method allows to obtain very high weight precision with calibrated weight products.

The extremely compact structure makes the machine easy to insert in the production lines.
