Packaging machine for raw and cooked products

The packaging machine for cooked ham is made with a conveyor belt to receive the hams to be packaged and with a sacking unit with a side belts conveyor to transfer to under-vacuum packaging. The automatic packaging machine receives the products directly from the loading receiving belt where the hams is pushed inside the bag, using an adjustable wicket that defines the shape of the bag/sack. The bags are stacked in a pile in an adjustable store or inside inter-changeable drawings. A special device prearrange the package mouth to the next sealing inside the under-vacuum packaging machine, in this way it doesn’t request man work. A transferring conveyor belt, one or two ways, permits to feed a machine with two or four sealing bars. The productivity can reach 700 pieces/hour and more, it depends on the product and package features.
